Most frequent questions and answers

We do our best to guarantee that our rooms will be ready for you at 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you with an early-check-in if your room is ready in advance. If your room is not ready yet, we have free luggage storage so that you can enjoy the city freely and come back when your room will be ready.

The check-out time is at 12 p.m. (noon). If you need to stay a bit longer, don’t worry! Call our front desk from your room and we will accomodate you to the best of our abilities.

Unfortunately, our hotel does not accept pets.

YES. We have accessible king rooms and accessible queen rooms. Please call us to make a reservation now!

Yes, our bedding sets are made of 100% cotton.

Absolutely! All of our rooms and Suites are carpet-less. Let us know exactly what you need when you make your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate!

Yes, all our beautiful windows are openable.

No, all of our rooms are non-smoking.

Yes, every room has a mini bar fridge!

Upon check-in, a $50 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card. We will release this security deposit upon check-out if no extra charges were incurred (ex. rollaway bed). However, please note that the charge may take a few business days to be released by your credit card company, depending on their policies.

A rollaway bed can be added for $15 per night. Only available in Deluxe rooms and Suites.

You must be 18 years or older to be able to check into a room. Photo ID and a credit card will be required at check-in.
